Great White Sharks are seen year-round around Dyer Island, with the best viewing season from February to September when young seals and penguins enter the water and shark activity peaks. June and July are considered high season, with mild regional weather.

Water visibility usually ranges from 6–8m, sometimes reaching 12–15m on good days. Although sightings can’t be guaranteed, chances are very high (80–90%), and guests often spot whales, penguins, seals, and other marine life during the trip.
