WINING AND DINING
Few things can compare to dining in the open in the heart of the African
wild. Guests are beckoned to the boma (or lapa) to the beat of African drums
for the sumptuous meals Matumi has become famous for. The inviting aroma of
buffalo steak, warthog chops and mouthwatering venison dishes will leave
visitors with memories of exotic African meals under the stars. Calls of the
fiery-necked nightjar, the roar of the King of Beasts and other night sounds
brings one closer to nature. This is Africa at its best.
