Swakopmund, lying between the Atlantic and the dunes, is
one of Namibia's beloved costal areas. The art nouveau of the city leaves a
striking impression of the earlier nostalgic days of German
industrialization. Offering daily activities such as fishing, deep-sea
fishing, trips to the dunes or boat cruises to the seals. The vast arid land
of Swakoptal offers golf recreation, lunar landscapes, desert plants like
the famous Welwitschias and much more. |
