This championship course near the holiday village of Strand was only
opened in 1994.
Many bunkers, water courses, dams, fast greens and wind make this golf
course varied, but also difficult to play. The first nine holes are the
most beautiful ones. Hole 2 (403m, par 5) with a slight dog leg to the
right towards a tree jutting onto the fairway, and then to the left
through a narrow opening surrounded by bushes to a green which opens up
wide. Hole 18 (483m, par 5) is the climax, with a tee across the wide
lake up the green.
