Villa Kleinbosch is
situated not far from Cape Town in the lovely fishermen town of Hout Bay.
The villa is surrounded by the back slopes of the Twelve Apostels which is
part of the Table Mountain range.

double-storey house allows bright rays of light to flow through tit and the
shape of the roof is covered by thatch.
The open-plan kitchen
is fully equipped and the dining room is very spacious with an open
fireplace, a large dining-room table which seats up to ten people and can
easily be transformed into one of the two business meeting areas.

Villa Kleinbosch can
be rented as a whole and offers 5-star accommodation for maximum 8 guests
staying over in individual privacy.
Besides the vast
luxury settings, the African-antique interior as well as all the technical
areas including the swimming pool and terrace, you will experience the
feeling of a borderless atmosphere. The house also offers a complete range
of technical equipment, such as wireless Internet for example, printer,
television, DVD player, under-floor heating etc. On the service side there
is a manageress, a domestic maid, garden- and pool services, garages, a wine
cellar and much more. No need to say that the 4 bedrooms are luxurious and
offer all modern needs.
The kitchen is
equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, ice-making machine, gas stove
with oven, separate wine fridge, microwave and coffee machine. There is also
everything what a picnic basked may need.
The maid will come on
a daily base to clean the house, make the bed and anything else you need
assistance with such as shopping. Klein Kirstenbosch is a non-smoker’s
house.
