BREEDE RIVER VALLEY

Worcester: the largest town in the Little Karoo (a semi-desert) and largest wine producer in the country (25% of the national production). Major tourist attractions are the Karoo National Botanical Gardens just outside the city along the N2; KWV Brandy Cellars, the largest brandy cellar in the world and Kleinplasie Open Air Museum.

Robertson: a rural area in the Breede River Valley between Worcester and Montagu in the shadow of the Langeberg Mountains. Robertson is a popular gateway to the famous Route 62, the longest wine route in the world. Wine connoisseurs will definitely find their match here.
