Tucked away at the foot of the Cederberg
Mountains and perched on one of the countries favourite dams.

Clanwilliam Lodge itself is a transformed girls
hostel, originally built by the Provincial Administration in 1916. Much of
the furnishings in the lodge are made from wood from the original building.
Clanwilliam is also famous for growing and cultivating Rooibos Tea and for
its original leather ‘Veldskoene’ factory.
