Hannah Game Lodge
comprises 68 chalets with thatched roof. The lodge is situated in the
mountains from Ohrigstad.
Hannah is a reflection of Africa in its entire
natural splendour, a captivating tapestry of African sounds, smells and
colours. The rising sun showers the valley with shades of pink, red and
orange. While watching all this African splendour, guests can observe from
the deck the herd of animals in the reserve.
Hannah Lodge offers
comfortable twin and double bed chalets, each with an en-suite bathroom with
shower, toilet, basin and small dressing room.
Hannah lodge is a 8 000 ha
malaria free private game reserve (no malaria due to its high location).
We offer our guests three
accommodation formulas: bed & breakfast (full English breakfast) and half
board (three course dinner) including a game drive in the private reserve.
Ohrigstad is only 60 km
from the Blydepoort Nature Reserve which is famous for the third largest
canyon in the world, de Blyde River Canyon. In the same reserve is another
magnificent natural wonder, Bourcke's Luck Potholes and some further in the
direction of Hazyview God's Window where the world seems to end in the
endless valley 700m below. Maputo, the capital of Mozambique can be seen
during a clear day.
Guest having a longer stay
can easily reach Kruger National Park and the rest of the Panorama Route.
