SALT Restaurant
With a breathtaking position and panoramic views across
the Atlantic Ocean, SALT is an all-round sensory experience.
Floor to ceiling glass windows stretch along the length
of the restaurant, and unfold completely to reveal the fresh sea breeze and
the sounds of the crashing waves below. Distinguished by great

offers fresh, modern South African cuisine with authentic ethnic influences.
The restaurant serves simple, approachable, honest food in an easy-dining
atmosphere, complemented by an extensive wine list of 70 wines, all
available by the

The restaurant is
open daily for lunch (12:00 - 15:00) and from 19:00 for dinner, with
pre-dinner drinks served in the SALT bar lounge. A tapas
menu of small tasting portions of select dishes can be enjoyed in the
late-afternoon and at sunset. Valet parking is offered to diners.

air-conditioned bedrooms, executive suites and the luxurious two-bedroom
penthouse have views of the sea, with a bonus from some balconies of
mystical Lion's Head as a backdrop. The Ambassador Suites are fully
self-catering with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave...).
All have tea and coffee makers, satellite television,
telephone voice-mail and 24-hour room service. Suites have fully-equipped
and fully-serviced kitchens.
You can walk to Clifton and even Camps Bay, with their
postcard perfect world-famous bikini beaches. We can arrange tours up Table
Mountain, the glorious winelands, Cape Point, Robben Island or any of our
