Situated in the
residential neigbourhood Oranjezicht, just outside the busy Cape Town city
centre, at Esperanza Guest house we treat our guests to five-star luxury.
The House was built in 1903 and has been beautifully restored, retaining its
wooden floors and pressed ceilings, as well as a grand sweeping staircase
that offers a fine view of Table Mountain and wide wrap-around verandahs
from where you can relax and admire views of the city.
Each of our six
spacious double rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with antique or
classic furniture. Plenty of natural light pours into the rooms, and the
airy feel brings comfort in summer, while rugs and heaters make them cozy in
winter. The en-suite bathrooms have been purposely decorated with ornate
bathtubs and brass fittings, taking you back in time to the era of first
class colonial travel.
Relax in the sunny
veranda overlooking the city centre, Table Mountain and the harbour or laze
in or around the splash pool.
Hip Hop apartment
This luxury, self catering one bed roomed
apartment is stylishly appointed and fully
equipped with all modern living creature comforts. The apartment is
situated on the 4th floor of a 7 floor block, offering tremendous views of
Table Mountain and Signal Hill.
The guest house is within walking distance from the Houses of Parliament,
the Company Gardens, the National Gallery and South African Museum as well
as many other city attractions.
